The Summit Club
The Summit Club will feature a 110,000-square-foot clubhouse only for residents to enjoy. The club will have “farm-totable restaurants,” a fitness center, spa, indoor basketball court, kids center and organized activities such as wellness programs, clubs, hikes and mountain biking. In addition, the community’s high-tech security system makes The Summit stand tall among the rest. A residential service program will perform background checks on all of the homeowners’ vendors. It will also provide services, such as laundry, baby-sitting and bill management. The club will feature mid-century modern architecture and white-glove service, fun golf, recreational activities, kid’s program, restaurants and a wellness spa. The company has chosen three local architectural firms — Assemblage Studio, Hoogland Architecture and Pinnacle Architectural Studio; all to build three spec custom homes. The Howard Hughes Corporation, the corporation behind Summerlin, and Discovery Land Co. are responsible for bringing The Summit Club to Las Vegas. Discovery Land Co. is known for making golf fun with themed events and “comfort stations” that offer candies, desserts, ice cream sandwiches, Kobe beef sliders, fresh fish off the grill, healthy snacks and salads.
