David Newman is an Associate Realtor with a strong background in the purchase and quick sale of revenue-generating real estate properties. His extensive homebuilding and construction industry experience has given him great insight into decreasing a home's days on the market while optimizing its listing price. Realizing his passion for real estate at an early age, David started his career building homes and renovating single-family and multi-family residential properties. He then became a licensed real estate agent with one of the top International real estate brands and earned the "Rookie of the Year" award in 2001. David is consistently ranked in the top 20 percent of his office for sales. During the past 2 years, David sold over $100M in homes, ranking him among the top real estate agents in America. His primary focus is on the luxury home market in Paradise Valley where he has been a leader for many years. Seeing the success at Hague Partners, David knew this was a dynamic and innovative team he wanted to work and continue to grow with. A Minnesota native and world traveler, David moved to Arizona in 2007 for the warm weather - like many of his clientele.
